Insulted the bureaucracy, apologize: Sarang

State government minister Vishwas Sarang on Monday launched a scathing attack on Congress state president Jeetu Patwari in a press conference, calling him irresponsible, vulgar and a leader who violates constitutional norms.

A case has been registered against Patwari for misrepresenting and inciting a person at Mungavali police station in Ashoknagar. Mr. Sarang said that Patwari created a scripted drama for political gain and hurt the dignity of administrative officials. Minister Sarang said that the conversation between Jeetu Patwari and the collector on speakerphone was a well-planned strategy aimed at creating sensation in the media and bringing himself into the limelight. He alleged that Patwari tried to spoil social harmony and insult the bureaucracy by blowing up the case of a youth named Gajraj. Today's protest has been a failure. Shri Sarang demanded that Jeetu Patwari should apologize publicly because he has hurt the dignity of the post and personal honour of an administrative officer. The minister said clearly that the government will work according to the law and this kind of pressure politics will not be tolerated. Shri Sarang alleged that the youth was lured with a motorcycle and made to give a false statement, after which the youth himself has put the truth in front by giving an affidavit. In such a situation, Jeetu Patwari should have been arrested after the FIR, but he is doing politics of intimidating and threatening the officers. Shri Sarang targeted the Congress and said that the Congress has a tradition of insulting constitutional institutions. AAP claimed that no big leader of Congress supported Jeetu Patwari on the Ashok Nagar incident. Patwari himself was calling leaders on the phone, but due to factionalism and internal conflict in the Congress, no leader reached the spot. No leader was stopped from going to Ashok Nagar. He said that if the situation remains the same then Congress will not be able to win even 10 seats in the next elections.
